I have been staying at the Magherita appartment for several years now and I am always welcomed like a friend. I always have a very good experience and will continue to book the flat in the future. Bianca is always very good to me and very understanding of my needs. Bianca and Ernesto and Daniele are very reliable and generous of their time, which, as I travel alone, makes me feel I am in safe hands if anything should go wrong at any time. The price reflects the location of the appartment. Sorrento is expensive and the price is very good considering the quietness and convenience of its position. I can walk to shops, the station, the buses and the port very easily. There is a little supermarket very close which stays open longer than the big ones. This is very convenient and it means I dont have to carry shopping for more than a few minutes. The other tenants are nice and friendly to me as well. It is a hopme from home for me. I would like to say THANK YOU to you all.

The location of the property was good. The property was well presented and the service by Ernesto was great.

Overall I was happy with this apartment. A short 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Sorrento, and a small handy supermarket within a stones throw. Apartment was reasonably well equiped with a nice balcony.

Because there was five of us staying in the appartment, an extra room would have made it more comfortable. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

The apartment was surprisingly spacious, although the bathroom was a little on the small side. 3 of us stayed comfortably. The location was perfect and very close to the centre. The surroundings were pleasant, though the dogs could be annoying at times! Overall, we had a great stay - the photos do not do the apartment justice, particularly size wise!

we were happy with location of property as very central. The main problem we had was the noise from the neighbouring dogs. It seemed to go on day and night, the barking- not a lot you can do about this but if we lived their on a full time basis we would go off our heads. The apartment itself was ok - thought they could have done a better job with dusting and making sure ware etc was clean e.g. Stains on cups and saucepans not 100% clean. We run a B&B ourselves and this would not be acceptable to our guests. However, they were all things that a bit of water put right (bar the dogs !!) Enjoyed Sorrento and found the people to be most friendly which made up for the above mentioned comments. Would go back

My overall experience in the Margherita flat is always very good. One or two small things would make it more comfortable and Bianca has very kindly addressed that. A mat by the bed is welcome in the mid season as it can be cold and the stone floor is cold when getting out of bed. Personally I would also welcome a small carton of milk in the fridge as I arrive late when the shops are closed and am desperate for a cup of tea/cofee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sorrento and the Margherita apartment was in an excellent position being so close to the town centre and close to local shops. The apartment was spacious and clean. The information regarding connections to Sorrento was very useful as were all emails prior to our holiday departure. We made use of the restaurant recommendations and it was good to know that we could contact Daniele if any problems arose. The dogs which were kept by someone in a ground floor apartment next to ours often disturbed our sleep as they would bark loud and long for periods throughout the night. It would have been useful to have in the apartment a few basics such as washing up ;iquid, salt, a few biscuits and teabags for visitors´ arrival late at night. An oven or microwave oven or grill or toaster would have made cooking easier. The furniture in the partment, whilst being adquate, would not be to everyone´s taste and could have been better laid out. It would be a good idea to warn visitors not to take a taxi or else tell them the price of a taxi to the apartment as 18euros was a bit of a shock considering that the trip from Sorrento to Naples airport only cost 7euros and trip from Rome to Sorrento only cost 16euros.

If it is possible, you may offer a parkingplace for a car inside on the residence, so that we must not search a place outside or in a distent parkinghouse.

If there´s any microwave, then the facilities will be excellent!

A bit disappointed with the surroundings and the views from the apartment, although on the plus side the location as measured by proximity to the centre was excellent. Your member of staff was very helpful and polite. The apartment was clean, spacious, it had all the necessary facilities (apart from the iron!). (Margherita apartment)
