We really loved our stay in your apartment. The location was great and we received a very nice welcome.
There are a couple of things that would improve the apartment---a kettle is a real must for making tea/coffee. The hairdryer is very basic and an iron would be appreciated.
Over all it was great---thank you all very much.

Arrivederci.

We had a lovely week in Sorrento. The Nina apartment is in a perfect location to explore the area; however I will say if you plan on a quiet relaxing break we wouldn´t recommend the Nina apartment as it was very noisy due to its very central location.
In saying that it is a nice cosy little apartment to put your head down while you explore the area.
The interior could do with an update and some badly needed air conditioning but otherwise we had a very pleasant stay. In honesty when chosing as apartment to stay in in Sorrento again, we would make sure there was at least air conditioning.

(1) Cleanliness of room. Overall the appartment was clean enough ,but the floors were dusty and in need of washing.
(2) Quietness. Rather noisy at night but understandable due to location.
(3) Appartment is very enclosed with no outside seating area, which would be a bonus
as the appartment is very hot inside.
(4) Service & Facilities. These could be improved by the addition of extra bed linen and
towels. Floor cleaning equipment ie: (mop & bucket) A toaster, and better cooling
than the fan provided.
Other than that we had a wonderful holiday. Coming to Surrento for a family wedding we had a great time. The appartment was very central, and the people were friendly. The Intenet comunication between myself and the Tredy staff, namely Ernesto, was excellent and the holliday went without problems. We will definately use the company again on our return to Italy

While we enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the remodeling, we do have a couple of recommendations; they are -- 1) it would have been helpful to have had dish towels, and 2) there could have been more items in the kitchen with which to cook (e.g., bowls, skillet, etc.). Also, our trip was delayed due to delayed flights, and we were extremely thankful that our host was there to greet us when we arrived.

As discussed with Daniele, the apartment was economical and in a convenient location. We paid for what we received. Air conditioning would have been nice that week so we will be upgrading next visit.
Daniele was excellent. We really appreciated his prompt response to running out of gas and his courteous and pleasant demeanor. Meeting him was a joy. Many thanks to him...
Sincerely,
the Prices
(Sorry for the late response to the survey.)
