The apartment is located on the island of S. Elena, a green zone of Venice extremely quiet why away from the great tourist flows. Situated to the extreme east of the historical center the island is connected to the historical centre, of which is part, by two small bridges, for which it is possible to move even without use public services, reaching S. Marco in CICA 20 minutes along the S. Marco basin: a beautiful walk.

DESCRIPTION:

It is a small apartment on the ground floor in a communal property. The accommodation is typical for two persons in double room, but it is possible to add a third bed in the room and use the sofa bed situated in the kitchen, to obtain an additonal place. The area (S. Elena) is part of the historic centre of Venice and is very appreciated for be equipped with a large pinewood with park and facilities fitness and sports free use.

SERVICES:

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary for a comfortable and self-employed person stay: tv-sat, towels, sheets, tablecloths, pots and dishes. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine. The daily price refers to the apartment (1 0 2 persons). For the addition of a third bed is applied a supplement of 10 EU to night.
