The Bed and Breakfast Porta San Frediano, is located in the "oltrarno", the “rive gauche” of Florence Town, the most ancient and characteristic quarter of Florence, at the beginning of the Historical Centre. In the quarter you'll find churches of Carmine, Cestello, Santo Spirito, and beautiful Palazzo Pitti with the garden of Boboli. Crossing the Arno we are right in the centre with all the beauties of the museum to open sky that is Florence.

BY CAR:
Leave the A1 MILAN-NAPLES MOTORWAY at Firenze-Certosa, drive through the Via Senese for about 4Km towards Florence, then turn right in Via del Gelsomino and drive for 1Km,to traffic light turn left in Viale Poggio Imperiale, across Piazzale Porta Romana, and take Viale Petrarca, after 3 traffic lights turn 3a to right, via monte Oliveto, 2.
BY TRAIN:
When you arrive at FIRENZE SMN station, you turn right, down the steps, cross the road and turn left around the building, cross again the road for VIA DELL'ALBERO (albero street), and you go all straight, cross the bridge A. VESPUCCI and turn right, after 20mt you go left along the walls, and you arrive to a big door PORTA SAN FREDIANO, turn right in VIA PISANA and the 3rd street on the left is VIA MONTE OLIVETO 2.
