The recently built residence is composed of a three-story building 50 meters away from the promenade of Fondachello with access to the beach. Its position allows easy access to the beach and the centre as same as the most important tourist destinations like Taormina in Sicily, the gorges of Alcantara, Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples, Etna and the Aeolian islands.
