LA CASA ERA FANTASTICA, ESATTAMENTE COME DESCRITTA SUL SITO.

We really enjoyed our stay and the appartment provided the accommodation we needed.

Appartamento molto spazioso per 5 persone, stanze grandi e ben attrezzate. Posizione comoda, 10 minuti dal centro e 15 dal porto di Sorrento. I gestori della struttura sono stati molto disponibili accordandosi con noi per orari di check in e check out.

Casa Letizia was a great property, plenty of space for my daughter to run around and feel like home. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The location was great, very close to the main square and shopping areas. The kitchen was fully equipped. Overall we were very pleased. The apartment was great, clean and cozy.

Great appartement! We were overwhelmed by the huge size of the appartement. We had a fantastic time!

We had a wonderful stay in Sorrento. We appreciated the comfort of the house and the proximity to downtown. Very happy.

We loved the flat It was clean and spacious. Shame about the weather.

Apartment was clean and roomy for 4 people. Well located to centre of town and Station but on a very busy road. Noise was very noticable at night as apartment was on the first floor. We reduced by closing blinds etc but could not eliminate. Our primary concern was the poor quality of the furnishings - particularly the lounge suite -and the lack of basic appliances such as a toaster, jug and iron.

I was very disapointed about the terrace we have sked if we could sit outside, And Yes we could, but only 2 at the time ( but we lived 5 persons in the appartment ). In papers 800 meters to beach-but it took between 15-20 min to reach the beach. We had to cleaneverything in the kitchen due to it was so dirty, that we could not eat and drink of it. Really discusting !!!! We are in Italy and not even 1 wine grass was mavailable in the appartment, what is going on ?

Was a brilliant Apartment. Had all that we needed to enjoy our stay and the price was fantastic. Overall we had a wonderful time in sorrento and would recommend the Letizia Apartments to new customers. Thank you so much.

apartment has good layout ,and is spacious .could be cleaner .power went off about 20 times, often without reason. tv only worked for afew minutes ,then stopped ,and had to be restarted. good location

First class - really enjoyed the apartment and Sorrento!

we enjoyed our stay but perhaps had not appreciated the close proxomity of the appartment to the main road and had anticipated being able to sit outside on the balconies. however we appreciated the close proximity to the town centre, railway and bus stations and shops.

Both the advantage and disadvange of this property is its position - very well placed near the centre of Sorentto and rail and bus services but, because so central. it is also VERY noisy, with busy road directly in front of property and bar next door. I had noted from other guests´ reviews that apartment was in a noisy location - but it was far noiser than I had anticipated. Apartment is spacious but we only used it as a base - don´t think it would be comfortable to spend too much time in if weather not good as furnishings and equipment on the sparse side. Although website states towels are provided, for guests that are staying longer than a few days it would be useful if a clean set of towels and tea towels could be provided mid-week (or two sets at the beginning of the week). Also, NO CORKSCREW ... remember to pack your own! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would use the services of Tready again.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the Letizia and found everything satisfactory and have already recommended it to friends. We found the beds and duvets particularly comfortable and warm. We thought we might need to use the blankets, but the duvets were perfectly adequate. The linen was perfectly clean. The use of the washing machine and ironing board were a boon. The only thing (being English probably), was there was no kettle and we are known for loving our cup of tea! That would be a nice addition to the apartment as I am sure we are not the only English people who use it, and not everyone drinks coffee. The other thing which might be nice is to have a toaster for making toast in the mornings. Again, it is an English thing and we appreciate continentals have the usual bread and croissants for breakfast. The location of the apartment we found ideal. It was so near the station and bus station for travel. It was right near the square, shops and port. We also found the excellent il Leone Rosso ristorante near the station on our second night and ate there for the rest of our holiday. The food was absolutely delicious and we could not fault it, and the price was as reasonable as elsewhere. The staff spoke good English and were so friendly from the manager to the waiters. We subsequently realised it was advertised in the street and on the train timetables and as the locals ate there it had to be good. I would certainly visit Letizia again or the Lauro as they are both in the ideal location. Thank you for our stay and we found Ernesto particularly helpful whilst booking and on arrival. We enjoyed our stay in the Letizia apartment very much, although it was rather cold at the beginning of the week. Although we knew, from a previous visit to Sorrento, exactly where the apartment was situated, it might be a good idea to make it clear that it is on a busy road which is difficult to cross for older people. There were supposed to be traffic lights at one crossing nearby, but they were not working. Overall, as you will see from our ratings, we were very satisfied, and would certainly recommend your organisation to anyone we know who is thinking of visiting the area.

The location of the Letizia apartment was excellent for us. Close to the railway and bus station and town centre, but interesting as it was in a residential area with plenty of interesting shops, (especially the fresh pasta shop!) We were met promptly by Ernesto on arrival and he gave us information about trains, buses and the local area. All of my e-mails were answered within 24 hrs., all the information was accurate and the price was very good. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, it was a little cold in the evenings until we mastered the air conditioning, this tripped the fuse twice! All in all a super holiday, everyone was so friendly, helpful and understanding of our attempts at Italian.

Would definitely recommend, apartment was lovely, agency was very helpful and Sorrento is beautiful. We all said we´d love to go back and would use the same agency and request the same apartment if we did. Thanks for a lovely week!

We LOVED the apartment; it was so much bigger and really felt incredibly comfortable. We loved all the little touches, such as, tea, sugar, olive oil, blow dryer, iron etc. The only problem was the electricity going out so so often...if you ran the blow dryer and the lights at the same time it would go out. We did have to re-set the breaker very often; other than that, it was lovely!! (oh, and as Americano´s a little freezer to make ice would be great!!) A lovely surprise though, it was so much more beautiful than we thought it would be. Thank you so much, wish it was a longer trip!! Next time it will be!! Grazie, Mary

the 7 is because of the lack of sufficiant heating. we would have liked the appartement heated IN THE MORNING.

My wife & I were on holiday with our 3 yr. old & 17 yr. old in early November. The apartment provided excellent accomodations for us. Although there is no oven, we were able to prepare 2 nice evening meals & enjoy leisurely dinners away from the restaurant chaos. Americans need to be aware of the Euro residential electrical model: you cannot have multiple "large" (wall heaters, water heaters, microwave, clothes washer, etc.) items turned on at the same time or you blow breakers. For a nice local experience, check out a weekend TV calcio contest at the bar next door. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. It was much more spacious than we expected and close to all the facilities we needed - travel, restaurants, shops etc. It was noisy, due to traffic and refuse collection overnight, particularly in the early hours of the morming. We would have liked a kettle, a teapot and a toaster! We do like our tea and hot toasted sliced bread for breakfast! Some evenings and early mornings were cold. There were radiators but we had no instructions for turning on the heat. We could not get any heat from the air-conditioning system. Overall we were very happy and would recommend Letizia to others. very spacious and clean apartment. centrally located but traffic and neighbours noisy. staff very helpful both before and on arrival, meet and greet staff gave lots of information to help us enjoy the visit. allowed us to leave suitcases in apartment until 1pm on day of departure which was very helpful to us. sorrento beautiful, fantastic short break, we definitely would return and would recommend the letizia apartment

Hi Daniele We found the apartment overall great. We were just a bit dissappointed that it was such a busy road and no double glaze windows. Even up to 2am in the morning the traffic was constantly there. I had to buy earplugs. I would suggest that you state that you provide towels, iron and hairdryer as we brought them along (or maybe we didn´t see it on the website). We would have liked a kettle also as the English and Irish like a cup of breakfast tea in the morning. Regards

The apartment is very conveniently located just near the train station and we could walk to everything very easily. It was well appointed and apart from being a bit noisy in terms of traffic and the late night cafe next door, we enjoyed our stay. We had no problems booking it on the web at only a few days notice and the agent was very good and helpful. He met us and took us to the apartment and resolved any problems. Thank you
