The convenience and location of the apartment was excellent.Very central and close to all ameneties.Thank you for allowing us to pay the balance of our bill by credit card the day before we travelled and for meeting my brother to hand over the keys. However we had a number of problems. The sofa bed matress cover had obviously not been cleaned for some time. The pillows that were in the wardrobe for this bed were stained and dirty and couldn´t be used. There was no kettle to boil water. The microwave was broken. We had to buy breakfast dishes. The bathroom was large and bright but the shower doors leaked and wet the surrounding floor. Finally, the key for the gate to the appartments did not open the gate and we had to stand on the street and ring the bells of all the other appartments at one and two o clock in the morning to have someone open up for us . We tried to contact the telephone numbers we had for yourselves on Saturday and Sunday and could not contact anyone.The main bedroom was good. Hope this information is usefull to you. Four of us stayed at the apertment. Two adults and two girls aged 10yrs and 12yrs. Overall an excellent stay only spoilt by a few little niggles that would be very easy to have sorted and checked before we arrived but caused us inconvenience. That being the microwave broken, there is no normal oven and only two electric hobs, so heating food was difficult. The broken microwave was reported on the 2nd day of 6 but wasn´t sorted. The water pressure was quite low for the all taps and shower, no kettle and no brush and pan. In addition there was only one set of towels for the whole week, definitely needs a clean set mid week. Although I sound negative all the above points could be easily rectified and then it would be an excellent location and apartment. Ernesto, who met us, was very polite and helpful . the apartment was only 5 minutes walk from the bus station. Air conditioning was ecellent and the apartment had alovely clean and spacious feel about it over looking the Corsa Italia. Although it was busy on the street and noisy you could quite easily close the windows and this would cut out most of the noise. An excellent location for Sorrento and all its attractions. A supermarket a few doors away and a cash point just across the road. I would recommend this apartment and highly recommend it if they sorted the few negative points. Sorrento is a magical place for the whole family and we will be returning

The apartment is situated almost optimal. Shops, restaurants and stations are very close. It is quite spacious, the mattress is very good. In the early morning hours before 7 a.m., there is no traffic on the street. When our key broke late on saturday evening, the staff from Tredy solved the problem within a few minutes. Nevertheless, there are some suggestions for tiny improvements: a bottle opener is missing, the coffeepot at least needs a clean o-ring, the socket for the microwave has a loose connection, the strongbox cannot be opened, the writing-desk on the photo does not exist.

A clean apartment and quite spacious for 4 persons. Located in the most central part of Sorrento in Piazza Tasso where we could go everywhere, especially to the Marina Piccola in order to depart for Capri and Napoli by boat. Also very near to the Circumvesuviana. All facilities were functioning well and the overall stay was really enjoyable.

An excellent holiday. With kids, apartment location etc was a lot of fun. If I was there with partner it would not be ideal, too basic and kitchen not very useful, mainly problem with cooker, but then I´d probably look for something better, but as I said with kids everything was great. Only main problem was noise at night. Especially Saturday night, people seem to be driving on road until very early in morning. Again, with kids not a big problem and I realise we were in central location, but not good if intention is to have romantic holiday setting. I will be coming back to Italy in late October, will contact you for information etc, intention this time is romantic break in Italy, probably Rome, may also hire car and come down to Sorrento again for a couple of days, what will weather be like ? Generally very nice and suited us well - only comment would be that the shower leaked ++ and the catch on the microwave broke (but still useable). Very satisfied and we had a lovely holiday

the apartment was lovely and very spacious the location was excellent, everything was nearby the only bad point was the noise levels at night, the apartment may require some soundproofing as the traffic was very noisy going past the apartment other than the noise, everything else was perfect thank you

Hello Daniele, Nice to hear from you. We had a wonderful time in Sorrento. In the paper you gave to us to write comments about the apartment, we wrote some ideas to improve the stay in the Armida apartment, I don’t know if you read them, some of those ideas were: the air conditioning system (in the bedroom) had a terrible smell most of the time. The unit needs to be clean and maintain properly. The wardrobe’s door in the bedroom is in very bad condition, the mirror is too heavy for that door and it is dangerous to open that door, the wardrobe needs repair, someone could have a very bad accident if the whole thing falls on top of you; for that reason we did not use the wardrobe, so there was no place to put your clothes and luggage, only the floor, but the floor was dirty too. A table is needed in the bedroom to put your things. We used the 3 chairs from the dining table to put 2 suitcases on top of them. The apartment is big and nice but needs some furniture in the bedroom where you can put your luggage. The bathroom was ok, the best thing about the Armida apartment is the location, it is great! The apartment just needs some maintenance and better cleaning. Thank you very much. The service on-line is very good too, the process was good.
