We really enjoyed our stay in your Sorrento apartment, our dealings with yourselves were easy but also professional and thorough. I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to my family and friends. We found Sorrento an excellent base from which to visit other parts of the area including the island of Capri, Pompei, Erculana, Vesuvius and Naples town, all of which were accessed using public transport ( train and bus ) or locally available travel arrangements. Some of the traders, particularly in the more ´touristy´ areas were a little aggressive in their desires to make a profit from visitors and the Euro / Pound exchange rate is less favourable to British visitors currently but overall we felt the people we contacted were friendly, helpful and fair.

I would definitely recommend this apartment - it is very spacious, has a fantastic large balcony with views over Sorrento and the Bay of Naples, and is relatively quiet. We really enjoyed our stay in Sorrento. The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk into the centre so not recommended for those with mobility difficulties but we felt that the balcony and the sea views more than made up for this (NB two of our group were in their 60s and they managed the walk with no problems every day). There are some great little local food shops on the way into town where people seem much more friendly than in the supermarkets, esp if you try to speak Italian. Our only minor quibble was that the taxi to the apartment seemed far more expensive than taxis elsewhere in Italy (ie in Rome or Florence).

Perfect apart from very noisy dogs inext door and next block of apartments, they barked and howled at various times during the night. The view from the very large terrace was beautiful ,the apartment was excellent ,Sorrento was lovely ,and apart from the sleepless nights we had a wonderful time. The Chiara appartment is a very spacious and very comfortable in the hot weather despite the lack of air conditioning. The fourth floor location and the huge balcony allows clear views of the town, the mountain behind and the fantastic bay of Naples, which had fireworks displays some nights, While the decor is a bit outdated within the apartment, all the necessary facilities work well, including (thankfully) the lift. The apartment is a good 8 minute walk from centre of town, via a narrow road, where the mopeds fly along a little too fast. The apartment was fairly quiet by day, but the rustic morning wakeup call was provided by a chorus of roosters from the neighborhood, the likes of which I had not heard before. Internet access was only barely achievable on the balcony in the apartment through a weak signal on the "meginet" Wireless Lan, which can be subscribed to by the hour, day or week. The wire mesh around the top of the balcony blocks the signal. There are internet cafes in the town on Via degli Aranci on the way to the Train station also. The TV and radio services are the standard terrestrial analog channels, with no satellite option. I would highly recommend this apartment, especially if you appreciate having a little space between people when on holiday, because of the generous its size.

We be found the Chiara Apartment extremely nice and in a lovely location close to the town. There were just a few comments I would make about the apartment, the bedrooms were very spacious but having wardrobes in the main bedroom would be helpful as there was no where to hang any clothes. The bathrooms were fine but the shower curtains could have been better as they were too short for the tray and the water tended to go all over the floor. The kitchen wasnt very well equipped, there were not enough cups/mugs and there could have been some wine glasses provided, also it needs a new kettle as we had to boil water in a pan to make a cup of tea. The apartment has alot of potential but I didnt feel it was up to the standard expected by most people. The terrace was lovely with fabulous views over the bay, the seats could hve done with some cushions as they were pretty hard to sit on. I hope you will take these comments on board as a few changes would make the apartment very much more appealing. I would like to add that we had a really enjoyable holiday and found Sorrento beautiful and I would certainly recommend your company to my friends

We found the apartment (Chiara) spacious, light and airy. The view from the verandah was magnificent and the walk down into the town was pleasant providing us with the opportunity to see a bit of Sorrento away from the port. When we arrived at Sorrento train station, Ernesto was very welcoming and all of the details had been properly looked after. Based on our experience, we would happily recommend this apartment and your organisation to our friends.

The apartment was clean and very spacious with a very good roof terrace and excellent views. There was good quality linen and towels and full shutters on all the windows so you are not woken at sunrise. The hot water was very, very hot and care should be taken when using the hot taps. The apartment is quite noisy as it is part of a residential block so there is some `noise from neighbours, kids, dogs, cockerels etc!

We had wonderful stay in Sorrento. The appartment met all our expectations. Daniele was very co-operative and very professional. Appartment is 10 minutes walk from main square and has wonderful views of the surrounding area. We would certainly come back again.

We were under the impression that we were closer to the town area than we actually were. We were all able to walk the necessary distance, but some people might not have been so mobile. Other than that, everything was great.

This was a great apartment. It was even more spacious than the photos, the kitchen was well equipped and it was nice and quite. It was perfect for our needs. I only have two small suggestions 1) the washer was very difficult to open for some reason, that became a challenge and 2) we weren´t sure where the garage was supposed to go so we ended up asking another person in the building but perhaps that could get posted on the check out sheet. Otherwise this was a great apartment. Thank you!

Needed instructions on how to use the washing machine since a model very different from those in the US. Overall, a very nice experince.

The floor was dirty when we arrived, which caused dust to circulate through the apartment, when the windows/shutters were open. It might be better to explain in the advertising that this apartment is at the top of a hill, as this may be difficult for clients with walking problems. It would be helpful if more towels and tea towels were provided, or changed during the week. Daniele was very pleasant and helpful with his comments and directed us to some very pleasant restaurants.

We were 3 girls at a friends wedding in Sorrento and the apartment was ideal. The location was great, the space in the apartment was fantastic and the view from the balcony was amazing. Daniel was really, really helpful as I left my mobile phone on the bus from Naples Airport to Sorrento and he helped us get it back. We would have no hesitation in booking through Tredy again. More cups and saucers for your guests would be very good there were only two for four guests. Also small coffee cups with broken handles may be ok for men but I do not think the ladies like them very much! We also think the overall visual impresssion of the accommodation would be greatly improved if the exterior and parapet walls had been renovated and redecorated. Our apartment was very spacious and clean, the veranda was big and comfortabe,but there was a dog barking continiously all day from early morning to late evening, probably home alone all day. Other than the barking dog, everything else was good and i would recommend this apartment to friends and family
