Various items need attention - please purchase a kettle - mugs need replacing as one or two are cracked - we could not locate the switch for the outside light - the lock for the outside shuttered door is very temperamental so we tended not to lock this for fear we could not get it open again - the electricity fused. Some instructions as to how to avoid this and what to do in case of difficulty ie the use of the concierge would be useful - the lock on the gate was ineffective - some instructions in english as to how to use the coffee pot would be useful - copies of bus, train and boat time table or the up to date town brochure would be useful However I would like to comment on the quality of your service via email and your mobile phone. All were prompt and very helpful.

It was very easy to deal with you by email. We were met on time and taken to the apartment by your representative which was great service. The apartment is very close to stores for supplies, close to the train station and all that Sorrento offers. Consruction on the apartment buildings beside us made a lot of noise at times but that is not under your control and I understand that. We had planned on 3 people staying at Parco Verde but one of our group had to return home earlier so there were only two of us. I think the apartment would have been too small for three adults. It would suit two adults and one or two children on the sofa bed better. The sofabed did not fold out properly. We could have called while we were there to have it fixed but we were too busy. The tiny coffee makers in the kitchen made only one small cup each so we had to refill a few times in the morning. Bigger one would be better. Overall the apartment is in a good location, was very clean and your service was wonderful. I would not hesitate to rent through you again.

although the accomodation was as described it was disappointing to find it surrounded by other apartment blocks and the therefore the terrace/patio did not get any sunshine on it.Otherwise the apartment was quite comfortable.Kitchen was a bit small with not enough cupboard space.

Our overall holiday was fantastic. The location of Parco Verde apartment is excellent - close to the main area of Sorrento but not too noisy. The outside area was very nice although it didn´t really get the sun at the times of day we were there! If 4 people were sharing the apartment it may be an issue for them having the bathroom off the bedroom. It was ok for us as it was just us 2, but not ideal perhaps if two couples are sharing. Some English speaking tv channels would have been good, and also a kettle! Apart from that the apartment was well positioned, secure, adequately furnished and ideal for our purposes. The bed was very comfortable too!

Die Beschreibung "elegante Wohnung" lässt leider mehr erwarten als tatsächlich gegeben. Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist alles andere als elegant. Hervorzuheben ist allerdings die Lage im Stadtzentrum mit vielen Geschäften und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit der Agentur.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Sorrento & in your appartment. It was convenient & near to all the amenties we required. The only slight disappointment was it was a bit noisy due to some building works to other appartments. Also young lads parking their scooters very near the appartment. Their noise at night woke us up!. Overall a very enjoyable stay. It was nice to have an appartment amongst local people rather than all tourists.

A few little things need improving, there was no soap or washing up detergent or tea towels provided. For the price, I think you could provide a few teabags and coffee and sugar. All these essentials ended up as frustrating purchases, that were used only a couple of times and dispensed with.

The kitchen area requires a complete upgrade of equipment, appliances and tableware. Bed-settee in the lounge has seen better days, apart from that it was satisfactory. Overall the holiday was excellent and the Amalfi Coast breath-taking. Many thanks to Daniele for looking after us so well.
