The Rachele apartment worked very well for our stay. Its location was very convenient for the train & bus, food store, etc. and was a reasonable walk to the town center. The rooms were spacious and light. THe negatives were the traffic noise which was a problem every night, especially on weekends and the bathroom shower and curtain were poorly arranged and hard to use without getting water everywhere. It would have been nice to have more pillowcases for the extra pillows and a toaster, etc. in the kitchen. We had a fine time there, however, and loved Sorrento. Thank you for your excellent service in arranging our stay.

We are Ozzies who hates many continental showers (such as in this apartment - over the bath, with a clinging curtain) so this one didn´t excite us!! Previous guests had commented about the street noise. In our experience a quiet place in an Italian city must be a rarity is so this was not a problem for us. Overall, an excellent spacious apartment close to transport and shops. Excellent service from Daniele and his staff. We would love to return, although this is unlikely due to distance.

The apartment was very roomy and sufficient. However, the bathroom shower was almost impossible to use. It would of been helpful to have the information on the fuse box before we ran into trouble. There were no serious problems with the apartment.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. There were lots of things we appreciated about the residence and some we did not. For example the TV did not work, when we inquired we were told that it was technical. The apartment was cold, on our first night we froze because we lacked blankets on the bed, only had a light bedspread. Although it was advertised as having central heating there was no heating on, which meant that when in the apartment had to go to bed to keep warm, the cold prevented us from using the lounge. The lounge seating, should have been discarded, it was the most uncomfortable sofa we have used for a long time, Having only one towel each and no bath mat was not acceptable. The amount of hot water available was not sufficient for 3 people and there was barely enough hot water for one bath. The apartment is most likely to be more suited to a summer holiday and not in October. We also felt that more general information about the region would have been helpful.

The two main problems with Rachele were the extreme noise day and night and the fact that there was a great amount of dust in all the drawers and cupbords (black in the bottom of the cupboards. It was disappointing that not even one spare towel was available and alos no towels for drying dishes.

We had avery enjoyable holiday in Sorrento, but the location of the Rachele appartment on the main street is very bad as the constant traffic noise,car horn blowing, screeching of tyres, car & truck engine revving 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, meant that sleep was almost impossible as was staying in the appartment for any period of time. I would suggest that double glazing and air conditioning be installed before next holiday season. I would not return to this appartment again and I would not reccommend it to any of my friends

Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. Ernesto and Daniele were very welcoming and helpful. When we discovered the lift in the building wasn´t working and called Daniele, he contacted the management company and it was fixed later that day. The location was very good and central. The only complaint I would have is that there was a bar across the road and sometimes it was quite noisy at night time, probably when they were closing. Overall, the apartment was well equipped and very spacious and comfortable. The shower curtain in the bathroom wasn´t the best as it tended to stick when the shower was on. I would recommend friends to use this apartment.

Our stay in Sorrento was lovely. Despite a nightmare at the airport, in which my bag was lost! The friendly greeting at the train station by Mr. Daniele Davide made us feel reassured and the apartment was wonderful! Thank you very much. Etelka Clark.

We loved our apartment. It was large, with plenty of closet space. It was very close to the train station, which we used a lot, and close to all of our favorite restaurants, grocery stores, and the pier. Our driver from the airport to the apartment made us feel very welcome and entertained us with stories for the whole trip. The only poor rating was for the quietness of the apartment. Because it was so very hot, we had to keep the windows open at night while we slept, and the traffic was very noisy all night long. The only thing that would fix this would be air conditioning units in each bedroom so that the windows could be shut. I would also allow customers from overseas to pay with a credit card. We were told in writing that we had to pay with travelers checks, and it was lot of trouble to find them at a bank near us in the U.S. Our bank charged us a fee for the checks. Then when paid them to Tredy, they charged us a fee as well, even though they required that we use them.
