The National Gallery of Umbria is one of the richest museum collections in central Italy, with master pieces of international interest. It contains paintings, sculptures, ceramics, tapestries and gold work, mostly sacred, with examples of the art traditions which developed between the 13th and 19th centurie. For 4-6 servings:

• 300 g pizzoccheri (type of tagliatelle)
• 150 g grated Parmesan cheese
• 150 g soft cheese
• 200 g white cabbage or spinach sage
• 100 g butter
• extra-virgin olive oil
• salt
