LOCATION:

The farmhouse is located at a little more than a kilometer from spacious beaches and the sea, at only 3 km from Vieste, in the heart of the Gargano. Far away from the city commotion, immersed in olive trees, which offer their fruit and the garden to enjoy, it offers home made products and lodging in apartments.

DESCRIPTION:

The small plant has 7 generously sized apartments with one to three rooms, for 2-6 people, all with their own kitchenette and bathroom. In an adjoining building are two three-room apartments (TRILO6) and the Studio. In the main building are located on the ground floor of a three-room apartment (Trilo5) and a two-room apartment on the first floor and two two-room apartment.

Studio: Approx 18 sqm, for 2 persons, living room with double bed

2-room apartments: Around 25-30 sqm, up to 4 persons, living room with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed

3-room apartments: About 35 - 40 sqm, up to 5 or 6 persons, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, second bedroom with two beds. The three-room apartments for 6 persons (TRILO6) also have an air conditioning / heating.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen complete with crockery, a bathroom with toilet / shower, a large (approximately 15 to 25 square meters) veranda, mosquito nets, hairdryer, laundry racks etc.

The property is fenced, making the play ground safe for those children who like to have fun in the outdoors.

Available for all guests, there is also a television room, five outdoor barbecues, wood oven and a structure type "bruschetteria", as well as a riding ring with five horses and a pony for the children.
