LOCATION:

Villa degli Agostoli is situated on a beautiful hill of olive groves and vineyards in the fine Chianti area, and only 5 km from the centre of Siena



DESCRIPTION:

The tourist complex comprises 9 self catering apartments built in a quiet area and enjoying fine gardens and beautiful views of the Tuscan hills. Right in the middle of the complex is a large swimming-pool (8x15 mt.) equipped with bathroom facilities and showers.

Each house has an outdoor area equipped for eating “al fresco”; each house is beautifully refurbished and great care has been given to each detail. All the kitchens are equipped with washing machine, dishwashers, cookers and refrigerators. Residents may make use of a nearby tennis court.



SERVICES:

In each unit linen, towels, kitchen supplied with all conveninces. Outdoor space equipped with barbeque for dinner "al fresco". Swimming-pool (from May to September)

HOW TO REACH US

FROM NORTH:

Take highway A1 until Florence Certosa (exit Siena), continue until the exit “Porta San Marco”, turn left (SS. 73 Senese-Aretina), continue straight to Costa Fabbri village, then, at the first crossroad, turn right for “Montalbuccio / Strada degli Agostoli”, proceed for about 2 Km. You will pass a pine forest surrounded by a small white wall. After a few meters on the left side at n. 99, you’ll find the sign of "Azienda Agraria Villa Agostoli".



FROM SOUTH:

Take highway A1 until “Valdichiana” (exit Siena), follow indications toward Siena. Upon arrival in Siena enter the “tangenziale”, direction Firenze-Grosseto, take the 1st exit for Siena as soon as you exit at the 2nd tunnel right toward Firenze, DO NOT EXIT at “Siena Sud” but take the next exit to continue to “Porta San Marco”, turn right, pass over the bridge and continue toward SS. 73 (Senese-Aretina), continue straight ahead Costa Fabbri village, then, at the first crossroad, turn right for “Montalbuccio / Strada degli Agostoli”, proceed for about 2 Km.
