LOCATION:

Ispica is situated in the province of Ragusa, in Sicily. The village is 5 Km far from the sea, built on a hill with a beautiful panorama.
Noto and Modica km 15, Siracusa km 45, Ragusa km 35.
Only 5 kilometres from the centre of Ispica there is an extremely long fine sandy beach which extends for more than 15 Km (Santa Maria del Focallo).

DESCRIPTION:

The Palace is an old residence of a local aristocratic family built in 1700. In the external part of the Palace, there are the typical Sicilian walls (muri in pietra a secco), panoramic large terraces and a private garden with fruit trees. The Palace is 100 meters from the main square of Ispica and is situated just next to one of the most important monument of South east Sicily: il Loggiato del Sinatra, a national monument since 1908 and suitable to became part of the UNESCO Word heritage.

The restoration lasted 18 months and allowed the realisation of 8 suites that can host between 2 and 8 people. In total the Palace can host up to 35 people.

• Suite MORI (max 6 persons) living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bath halls with shower and a panoramic terrace with a view over the roofs and of the sea


• Suite PUPI (max 5 persons) living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and single room, bath with shower and terrace with a view of the sea


• Suite ULIVI (max 4 persons) living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed, double bedroom, bath with shower and private garden


• Suite FICODINDIA (max 4 persons) Big Loft composed by a living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom on the mezzanine and bathroom with shower


• Suite AGAVE (max 6 persons) Big Loft composed by a living room with kitchen and a double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms (1 of them on the mezzanine), bath hall with tub

In the Palace, there is a reception and all the modern comforts. There are handicraft kitchens hand painted, washing machines, satellite televisions, internet, air-condition and public free of charge parking.
