Independent villa close to the Colosseum Basilica of St.Giovanni in Laterano - Termini station. From the B&B it is not far to the hospital San Giovanni / Sorrows, the Policlinico Umberto 1 � and the university town of Wisdom. In about 5 min. walk there is the metro A and tuscolana station directly connected to the airport Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci). DESCRIPTION:
The house has a wide garden with wonderful, centuries-old lindens (in which you can have breakfast during summer), a comfortable living-room (with TV and free Internet connection) and it offers to the guest, togheter with modern services and family management, a quiet and relaxing environment. The house "BB Vinicius et Mita" has wide, classically furnished bedrooms with view on the garden, bathrooms inside. Each bedroom has an insect screen or paddle airing on the ceiling and thermal insulating windows. The Bedrooms are on two floors: an elevated floors and a first floor without elevator.

1) Dall'aeroporto Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino - treno diretto per Fara Sabina fermata stazione Tuscolana( ticket euro 5,50), oppure treno diretto per la stazione Termini(ticket euro 12.00).
2) Dalla stazione Termini - Metro A direz. Anagnina, fermata Re di Roma (uscita via Aosta al semaforo girare a destra, la terza via sulla sinistra � via Pistoia).
3) Autostrada del sole - A1,A2,A24 e A25, entrare nel GRA, uscita 14, immettersi nella tangenziale est direzione San Giovanni, uscita Castrense Lodi.
4) Dalla stazione Tuscolana - sono circa 10 minuti a piedi oppure 3 fermate di Bus n. 85, fermata Lugo, la seconda via sulla destra � via Pistoia.
5) Dall'aeroporto di Ciampino - navetta per capolinea Metro A Anagnina, fermata Re di Roma.
6) Siamo raggiungibili anche con i bus di linea urbana n. 85; n. 649; n .81; n. 810 e n. 16.
