LOCATION:

The villa is located in a hilly position, only a few kilometers from Enna and not far from a lake.

DESCRIPTION:

Ancient stone hamlet situated in the hills of Enna, in the heart of Sicliy, a strategic point to visit the best that our country offers, from both the natural and cultural.
The hamlet of about 200 square meters, located within our farm, offers 10 beds in 3 bedrooms (upstairs) wide and comfortable (2 quadruple and 1 double) each with private bath. Downstairs kitchen is equipped with every comfort, dining room, TV room and living room with fireplace and pool table.
Adjacent to the house is a small wooden chalet, used as a reception and store agricultural products. The owners house is near and they are always at your disposition.
The outdoor areas are spacious and well equipped: kitchen with barbecue, garden, large roof terrace, laundry room and private parking.
The 'farm covers an area of 10 hectares used largely for the cultivation of olive and fig trees. The rural environment that surrounds the house and the animals living freely in the company do you think this is the ideal place to leave stress appreciate the direct contact with nature. The activities that you can play outdoors are varied: mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding and visits to the 'company jeep. In addition, 4 km far from the house there is a lake where you can have a swim and engage in other activities: canoeing, archery, climbing, wind surfing, wakeboarding, water skiing and sailing.
