LOCATION:

B&b is located in the near periphery of Viterbo, only 3 km away from the medieval walls of the town, on the slopes of the Cimini Mountains(500 m. height).

DESCRIPTION:

This b&b, built in 2006, is located in another indipendent area away from the main residence and it consists of a wide garden and an indoor parking for the guests.
There are three double rooms ( queen or king bed), each with an indipendent external entrance,en-suite bathrooms with wc, bidet and shower, autonomous heating, wi-fi,TV and hairdryer.
The plinth floors and wooden furniture are in accordance with the tradition of Orvieto's school of Michelangeli.
Finally, there is a confortable lounge at every guest disposal, with sofas, a bookcase, stereo, tourists guides and tables where breakfast is served.

SERVICES:

Breakfast, electric current, heating, air-conditioning, parking, tourist information, room cleaning service, change towels and sheets every three days.
